MY STORY

My love for art began as a toddler, when my third grade teacher complimented my handwriting. As a child, I figured if I was able to handle a pen and paper so effortlessly, then painting should be the same. Needless to say, I was horribly wrong. Of course, not everything starts out as perfect. The path to success is one that requires time and dedication. In fact, when I find myself in self-doubt I remind myself of Malcolm Gladwell's old saying: 10,000 hours is the magic number to success. Thus, marked the start of my 10,000 hours. Along the way, I have developed new and innovative ideas, this website being one. Clockwork is a place I can harbor pieces that hold a special place in my heart, and I hope it brings the same appreciation to others.
